These Terms govern your use of the Thermometer iOS app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the app.
Thermometer is a weather and temperature display app for iOS. We provide it "as is" and may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. Weather data is provided by third-party providers (e.g. Open-Meteo) and may occasionally be inaccurate or unavailable.
The app is supported by ads (Google AdMob). By using the free version you agree to be shown ads. See the Privacy Policy for what information advertisers can access.
Thermometer provides weather information for general convenience only. Do not rely on it for safety-critical decisions (aviation, marine, emergency response, etc.). We are not liable for any loss resulting from inaccuracies in the data, network outages, or unavailability of the app.
The app, its branding, and its source code are owned by the developer. Weather data is the property of the respective providers. Map data is provided by Apple.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or revoke access if we believe you've violated these Terms.
We may revise these Terms occasionally. If we do, the new version takes effect when published on this page.
